Julie Baumlisberger

In the fall of 2025, I was invited to a workshop that would transform the breath work experience for me.  As someone who practices breathwork daily (using the Wim Hof technique, as well as many other somatic techniques, as required), my first Journey (Letting Go) left me speechless at first, and processing for several days afterwards.

Fast forward to today and I have done many more of these, exploring everything from Grief & Loss, to Primary Traumas of Childhood, and more.  I have opened up our studio to co-host with Dan Hearn, of Conscious Revolution Coaching and have seen some transformative sessions help participants face and move through some pretty big challenges.

One way 9D Breathwork is different from other types of breathwork is the use of layered sound (voice and music) via headphones. We are led to the places we've been avoiding, the whole time feeling safe and supported, encouraged to take the step across the threshold.

It's called breath "work" for a reason. It's powerful.

Upcoming 9D Breathwork Series of 3 Journeys

Each time a journey is completed, another layer of the proverbial onion is pulled back.  I have repeated some journeys, each time discovering new insights and new perspectives, new strength, new clarity.

I have chosen 3 specific journeys for an upcoming series, and they are introduced in an order that will build on previous sessions.  Ideally, participating in all 3 will have the most cohesive impact, but they are also available as "standalone" classes.

Each Journey will conclude with a beautiful integration period, followed by light refreshments, where we can choose to share our experiences, and come back into our bodies fully before heading home.
